Color: Early morning sunshine yellow

Aromas: Dried apricots, citrus, dried rosemary, charred lemons, jasmine flowers.

Flavors: Dried and fresh apricots, ginger, charred lemons, lemongrass, minerally, tart and sweet, mango with chili powder, lychee.

You should know that this Sauvignon blanc tastes very different than those of the same varietal coming out of New Zealand. It does NOT have the “cat pee” components you find in wines from that country. (Thank goodness!)

Food pairing suggestions: Oysters, cheese gougeres, crab cakes.
