Willamette Valley AVA
he David Hill Vineyard is a huge property, 150 acres total, with 43 acres planted in grapevines. This Pinot noir was made using their estate fruit and was a lively wine for the vintage. It’s bright and tart with alluring notes of cranberries and sandalwood. A lighter mouthfeel coupled with a long finish, this Pinot was aged in French oak for 18 months, almost unheard of for an estate pinot noir from the Willamette Valley.
We would suggest pairing this wine with pork dishes, roasted curried cauliflower, chicken soup and creamy cheeses.
