Willamette Valley AVA
roduced by winemaker/owner Matt Berson, this riesling had zesty, rambunctious acidity that would satisfy any wine loving acid hound.
With aromas of grass and grapefruit, if one were blindfolded, they might take this for a New Zealand Sauvignon blanc. In the mouth, this wine delivered an extra large dose of minerality paired with lime zest and grapefruit. The long finish just kept going and going.
Pair this wine with a stinky cheese plate, oysters and cured meats.
