Vincent Fritzsche, the talented winemaker behind Vincent Wine Company, sources fruit from several hand-picked vineyards in the area. With a particular affinity for grapes from the Eola-Amity Hills sub AVA of the Willamette Valley, his wines have structure, yet balance. This wine from the Bjornson Vineyard is no exception!

Co-fermenting 75% Pommard and 25% Wädenswil clone grapes, Vincent created a Pinot noir filled with cherries and a multitude of savory spices, including rosemary, pink peppercorns, and bay leaves. The finish started with sandalwood and ended with mouth-filling white pepper. Michele really liked this wine and thought it would pair with everything from butternut squash risotto to roast chicken to gourmet mac and cheese. Vincent makes tiny batches of his wine at the popular SE Wine Collective on Division Street in Southeast Portland. We recommend you pick some up (or place an order) today!

SRP $39.
