icely integrated tannins, this Willamette Valley Pinot noir had a medium, robust mouthfeel, typical for this sub AVA. Structured and filled with cherry cola and grand marnier, this wine finished with a smokey bacon fat finalé. Earthy and with nice acid levels, try pairing this Pinot with something beyond the traditional salmon dish. Vincent Fritzsche made this wine at the SE Wine Collective on the popular Division Street in Southeast Portland.
