Ridgefield, WA – LongHouse and the Cowlitz Tribe announced LongHouse, Raw Bar, Sushi and Noodle Shoppe is one of a select few restaurants opening in next month in the new ilani.  This traditional Japanese style restaurant is located inside the $510 million, 368,000-square-foot casino, located just north of Portland, Oregon on Interstate 5.

The cozy longhouse design displays original Salish artwork set amongst natural cut timber, black metal pendant fixtures, and ocean blue accents. The high ceiling and clean lines of the interior space are sure to relax guests as they enjoy delicious cuisine at intimate tables or a more sociable experience at the expansive bar.
