2016 Drink Washington State Escape to Walla Walla Red Blend

Walla Walla Valley
Columbia Valley
Washington

225 cases produced

Aromas and flavors: This red blend is made up of 60% Syrah and 40% Cabernet sauvignon and it’s called Escape to Walla Walla because all the fruit was grown in the Walla Walla valley. It has notes of black cherries and black plums, followed closely by raspberries and sweet cherries. With grippy tannins and an almost gritty texture, this wine tastes a lot more expensive than the retail price of just $29!

Food pairing suggestions: Drink this wine with anything grilled on the BBQ, mushroom and lentil winter stew, meatloaf.

SRP $29
