Owner/winemaker Marcus Goodfellow makes some of my favorite Pinots in Oregon! And this particular wine of his is no exception. Using Pinot noir grapes sourced from the well-known Temperance Hill Vineyard, this wine is a study of balance and structure. It is both delicate and robust, with tannins that start off strong and then gently level out in your mouth.

Aromas and flavors:

Black and red cherries, raspberries, cedar and savory notes of forest floor and mushrooms. Acidity is prominent and, combined with the tannins, makes for a long, lingering finish that is truly irresistible.

Food pairing suggestions:

Grilled salmon // roasted lobster // penne with sautéed morel mushrooms.
