Ripe fruity aromas of raspberries and strawberries, coupled with smells of cherry candy, citrusy lemon zest and savory thyme.

This dry rosé is medium-bodied with so many red fruit flavors– cherries, raspberries, strawberries– and a soft strawberries and cream mouthfeel. A second sip reveals notes of mandarin oranges with a finish of fresh and candied ginger.

Food pairing suggestions:

Potato latkes, barbecued brisket, seafood gumbo, tofu stir fry.
