2019 SMAK Summer rosé
2019 SMAK Summer rosé

Gamache Vineyard
Columbia Valley
Washington

13.5% alcohol

Screwcap closure

Color:

Made with Pinot gris grapes, this wine is the color of white onion skins.

Bouquet:

All red fruit! Buckets of freshly picked strawberries, red apples and bing cherries.

Palate:

This dry rosé has tart notes of rhubarb combined with rose petals, strawberries and bing cherries. The mouthfeel is enveloping and the finish reminds me of strawberry shortcake. And who wouldn’t want to be relaxing at the beach, under a big hat, with a glass of this rosé like the woman on the label?!

Food pairing suggestions:

Pistachio-crusted salmon, a hummus plate with fresh vegetables, Greek chicken gyros with tzatziki sauce.

SRP $18
