2019 SMAK Wines Spring rosé
2019 SMAK Wines Spring rosé

Walla Walla Valley
Washington

11.9% alcohol

Screwcap closure

Color:

Peachy pink

Bouquet:

Fresh fruit aromas of just-picked strawberries, ripe papayas and honeydew melons combined with frosty lemon sorbet.

Palate:

Made using Sangiovese grapes, I tasted tangy Rainer cherries, sun-kissed strawberries and Meyer lemons, along with subtle notes of minerality. While this rosé is dry, it finishes with playful flavors of kiwi and sweet tart candy.

Food pairing suggestions:

Cucumber sandwiches, Kung pao chicken, scallops with browned butter and prosciutto.
