Imagine practically every black fruit flavor in the book; blueberries, blackberries, black currants, and black raspberries… then add a splash of pomegranate with a little buzz. That’s this cider! I love the fruity, yet most definitely not syrupy sweet flavors that taste like I’m popping real fruit in my mouth with each sip. And, with lower alcohol content, you can drink it all day long!
Food pairing suggestions:
According to Alter Ego, you should enjoy the Dark Royale cider with smoked salmon or cheeses, ribs, or anything with a mole sauce. It’s also great with dark chocolate covered cacao nibs for dessert! I really couldn’t agree with their suggestions. 😃
