Bouquet and palate:

Smooth and silky, this red wine blend is mostly Cabernet with a little Syrah and Grenache. Aged in second-fill French and American oak for 18 months, it had fruit notes of black cherries, red and black plums, raspberries, and strawberries! With a distinct earthiness that balanced the fruit, it would hold its own with all kinds of hearty dishes.

Food pairing suggestions:

Wood-fired sausage pizza, char-grilled hamburgers, gnocchi with white beans.
