Bouquet and palate:

Winemaker Sitara Monica Perez sourced her Syrah grapes from Baja California Norte’s Valle de Guadalupe growing region, just minutes from Ensenada. After fermentation, she aged this wine for 24 months in American oak puncheon barrels. With notes of black plums and cherries, as well as vanilla and a port-like quality, this Syrah is rich and bold!

Food pairing suggestions:

Slow-cooker beef tenderloin, pork sausage potato soup, vegetarian farro skillet.
