Bouquet:
Abundant aromas of sweet strawberries and tart raspberries danced the tango with fresh rain and sea air as I swirled my glass of this rosé.
Palate:
Fruit flavors of white and yellow peaches, ripe strawberries, and raspberries were pleasantly followed by notes of zwieback crackers and minerally salinity, and finally culminated into a zippy white ginger finish.
Food pairing suggestions:
Chicken piccata, garlic parmesan zucchini noodles (zoodles), popcorn shrimp tacos with cabbage slaw.
