Organically grown grapes // 90% Cinsault and 10% Syrah
Made with all estate-grown fruit, this is Margerum’s fourth Cinsault vintage bottling. After harvest, the whole berries are fermented before being pressed and aged for 10 months in a variety of oak vessels of varying sizes.
The finished wine is youthful, fruity and bright. Serve it slightly chilled so as to better enjoy its vibrancy!
