“Swizzle my sizzle with this fizzle,” is how one reviewer described this wine on the Cameron Hughes website! It was too hilarious not the share! 😂 What a fun way to express your love for this bottle of bubbles.

Bouquet:

Tart aromas of abundant lime zest, granny smith apples, and lemons, evolve into ripe pears, whiffs of petrol, and brioche bread.

Palate:

The nice acidity of granny smith apples and lemons transition into bosc pears, green mangos, and mineral notes of wet stone. With vigorous bubbles and a round mouthfeel, this Prosecco is from a DOCG, meaning it has more acidity and mineral notes than those from DOC regions.

Food pairing suggestions:

Drink on its own, in mimosas, or pair with a cheese and charcuterie board, vegetable frittata, sausage and rice casserole.
