Clear Creek Distillery’s Pear Brandy Sidecar

1 ½ ounce Clear Creek Pear Brandy
¾ ounce Cointreau
¾ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
Shake all ingredients in a shaker, and double strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with fine sugar. Garnish with lemon zest and enjoy!
