This Willamette Valley sparkling wine is 70% Pinot noir and 30% Chardonnay. Made using the méthode champenoise (pronounced meh·thuhd sham·pən·wah), the resulting sparkling wine is dry with countless delicate bubbles.
Aromas and flavors: Tart notes of granny smith apples and freshly zested lemon combine for a mouthwatering, mineral-driven finish that keeps going and going.
