Oregon wine: 2017 Brooks Winery Muska Pinot noir
400 cases produced // dry farmed grapevines (meaning not irrigated)
Don’t let the sweet smelling aromatics of this wine fool you… it’s pleasantly tart with nice acidity and mouthfeel! A blend of four different Pinot noir clones (777, 115, Pommard and Wädenswil), all grown in the Muska Vineyard, located in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, on an east-facing slope at 485′ elevation. The finished wine has acid levels that stand up well with many different types of food!
