Linear and focused, owner/winemaker Scott Flora describes his wine as “a velvety, dark kitty with a lustrous sheen.” As someone who cared for a velvety-soft black cat for 18 years, I’m an expert in this area. He’s right, this Pinot noir offered a certain plushness wrapped around a muscular structure.

After aging his estate-grown fruit in 16% new oak for 22 months, Scott bottled up his barrel selection for you to enjoy. He cellared the wine for years and it’s now closing in on an optimal drinking window, estimated between 2023-2035. Here kitty, kitty!
