Bouquet and palate:

Aromas and flavors of ripe raspberries and strawberries, tangy and dry, but don’t let this wine fool you– it’s not a dessert wine! While it does have a pleasant hint of sweetness on the palate, it finishes dry with just a touch of bitterness. The kind of bitterness you taste when biting into a raspberry seed.

Not only is this a fun wine to drink on its own but I can imagine using it as a cocktail mixer too. Think summer spritzer with sparkling wine or bubbly water, raspberry wine and a twist of lemon! Or a Chambord and Champagne cocktail with a float of this raspberry wine on top.

Food pairing suggestions:

Wine-soaked raspberry brie puff pastry appetizers, grilled lamb chops,  warm sweet potato and kale salad topped with pomegranates.
