Bouquet and palate:

This wine has such a magical way of teasing you with sweetness, then suddenly changing course and finishing dry! I found a fascinating tension of sweet notes of honey and ripe Bartlett pears juxtaposed with tart lemons and Asian pears. Expect that classic Riesling “rubber” smell (like a new box of Converse) and a slightly viscous texture reminiscent of lemon curd. Don’t miss the opportunity to get your hands on some of this Riesling before it sells out!

Food pairing suggestions:

Cheesy bacon egg muffins // cajun style blackened snapper // sweet and spicy tofu // moo shu shrimp
