Color:

Opaque black cherry red

Bouquet and palate:

Black cherries and marionberries evolved into earthy notes of eucalyptus and cedar. Don’t be distracted by the dark color, this Pinot noir was quite light with tart notes and prickly tannins. I suggest decanting for an hour or two, allowing the tannins some air exposure, helping to mellow them out.
