Oregon

12.8% alcohol

Empty bottle weight: 21.5 ounces // 612 grams

Bouquet:

Citrus and mineral notes abound in the aromas of this Chardonnay! Orange blossoms, ripe lemons, and lemongrass combined with minerally fresh rain, sea air, and a faint whiff of newly tilled soil.

Palate:

This Chardonnay started with a burst of tartness– lemons, lemongrass, and crab apples! After that initial mouth puckeringness, flavors of honeysuckle flowers and mineral notes combined into a nice weighty feel. Then a kiss of tar evolved into a long, lemon zest finish.

Food pairing suggestions:

Creamy tomato bisque // Asian chicken wings with shredded cabbage slaw // island pork tenderloin salad
