Oregon wine: 2019 Campbell Lane Winery Oregon Pinot gris

Oregon wine: 2019 Campbell Lane Winery Oregon Pinot gris

Willamette Valley

Oregon

13.3% alcohol

12 fl oz/375 ml can

Campbell Lane makes some of the best canned wines I’ve ever tasted! Using estate-grown fruit, this Pinot gris was fermented in both stainless steel and neutral French oak for 11 months before release. The finished wine is tart, pretty, and has a clean finish! To me, it tastes like wine out of a bottle… yet it’s portable and durable, something you just can’t say about glass. Toss it in your purse, backpack or cooler and hit the hiking trail, beach or pool.
