2019 Eola Hills Blanc de Blancs Sparkling wine
Wolf Hill Vineyard,
Cork and cage closure
Méthode champenoise (pronounced meh·thuhd sham·pən·wah)
Bouquet and palate:
Made with Sauvignon blanc and Pinot gris grapes, this Blanc de blancs had soft bubbles filled with granny smith apples, Meyer lemons, apricots, and elderflowers. The spicy white ginger finish was an unexpected, fun end to each sip!
Food pairing suggestions:
Crab cakes, chicken piccata with herbed spaghetti and zoodles, salmon tartare.
