Bouquet and palate:
Made with Sauvignon blanc and Pinot gris grapes, this Blanc de blancs had soft bubbles filled with granny smith apples, Meyer lemons, apricots, and elderflowers. The spicy white ginger finish was an unexpected, fun end to each sip!
