This Sauvignon blanc is one we always look forward to drinking! Vintage after vintage, winemaker/owner Scott Steingraber teases out the most extraordinary aromas and flavors. Don’t miss the opportunity to pick up some bottles of the 2019 before the 2020 vintage is released!

Bouquet:

Ripe starfruit and tart kumquats embraced orange blossoms, lemon zest, and mineral notes.

Palate:

With bright acidity and tartness, this wine was medium-bodied and filled with texture! Citrus flavors of kumquats and tangerines hit my tongue first, followed by notes of tart lemongrass and ripe apricots, along with an underlying minerality. All those flavors and textures culminated in a spicy, white ginger finish, preparing my mouth for the next sip!

Food pairing suggestions:

Chicken tacos with spicy cilantro salsa, fish and chips, curried carrot slaw with tempeh.
