Bouquet:

Right off the bat, fruity melon aromas of cantaloupe and honeydew jumped out of my glass! Then smells of orange blossoms, honeysuckle flowers combined with citrusy Meyer lemons, and lemongrass– all carried by mineral notes of fresh rain.

Palate:

With bright acidity and great texture, flavors of Meyer lemons, beeswax, and honeysuckle flowers first enveloped my tongue. Tart lemongrass contrasted nicely with tropical papayas and a unique flavor sensation of popsicle stick. Medium-bodied, with abundant minerality, this layered Chardonnay ended in a long, spicy white ginger finish.

Food pairing suggestions:

Pair with grilled chicken, Cobb salad with coconut bacon, pork taco bowls.
