This Pinot noir rosé was whole-cluster-pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks for a month. After fermentation was complete, just 2% of the wine was moved into neutral oak barrels for another 2 months. Doing so added subtle texture and enhanced the rosé’s layers without a detectable oak presence. Adelsheim Vineyard then commissioned Portland artist Jeremy Okai Davis to create three unique labels for this rosé, a modern take loosely based on the winery’s hand-drawn portrait and vineyard illustrations.
