Using all estate-grown Riesling, winemaker Rachel Rose fermented the juice in both stainless steel and an egg-shaped amphora. She aged the wine on the lees for 5 months, which imparted more texture, flavor and aromatics into this seriously quaffable Riesling. On the International Riesling Scale (created by the IRF), it’s considered medium-dry, perfect for pairing with both savory and spicy dishes!
