Color:
Lemon yellow
Bouquet:
This bottle of bubbles has such lovely, floral aromatics! Plumeria, jasmine, and gardenia flowers, plus orange blossoms and lemon curd.
Palate:
With long-lasting bubbles, and flavors of passionfruit, honeydew melons, green apples, and popsicle stick, this wine is quite vibrant. It’s a flavor rollercoaster, going from tart to sweet and then back to tart, it finishes with notes of salinity and spicy ginger. Some of the bubbles were captured during fermentation, and the rest were added before bottling.
Food pairing suggestions:
This wine begs to be served at brunch! It will pair well with quiche and other egg dishes, salads, and picnics. Don’t forget Easter, Mother’s day and Father’s day!
