SMAK summer rosé cocktail

Fiona Mak of SMAK Wines focuses on creating many different types of rosé wines and shared this cocktail recipe with Winerabble. It’s really refreshing and perfect for summer (or when you’re dreaming of summer)! If you find the grapefruit a smidge tart, you can adjust the sweetness level by adding more triple sec. Make an easy sipping party punch by increasing the quantities to maximize your fun!

Ingredients:

2 oz. SMAK Summer rosé
1 oz. Mezcal
1 oz. Grapefruit juice 
½ oz. Triple sec 
1 oz. San Pellegrino momenti clementine & peach

Preparation:

Gather the first four ingredients in a shaker, shake to combine. Pour into a glass with ice and top off with San Pellegrino momenti. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and enjoy!
