Taking advantage of their close proximity to local, top quality apples, they ferment fresh-pressed apple juice and lemon juice concentrate into a cider version of an Arnold Palmer! The men and their wives are often behind the bar of their taproom, slinging pints of their many flavored, refreshing ciders.
