Color:

Magenta red

Bouquet:

Aromas of ripe black cherries and tart marionberries combined with earthy notes of mocha, roasted coffee beans, and bay leaves.

Palate:

While this Cab is all about fruit flavors of black cherries and black raspberries, it’s nicely balanced by natural acidity. With a slightly gritty texture and hints of mocha brought out by food, this wine is a real versatile crowd pleaser!

Food pairing suggestions:

Espresso-crusted beef tenderloin with truffle sage risotto, spinach-stuffed portobello mushrooms, gouda cheeseburger with fries.
