Bouquet:
I found the aromas in this wine quite intriguing. First, I smelled tart Granny smith apples and ripe bananas, and then vanilla bean combined with just a whiff of oak.
Palate:
Wow, the texture in this wine was incredible! It had a full, enveloping mouthfeel with a texture best described as “fat.” Fruit flavors of honeydew melons, papayas, and lemon zest evolved into honey stick with a long, ginger finish.
Food pairing suggestions:
Chicken caesar salad, air fryer pecan crusted trout, pan-seared duck breast.
SRP $21
